Power Vinyasa, $17 drop in: Power Vinyasa is a vigorous, enjoyable class held in a lightly heated studio (80F).  The class is focused on deep even breathing and learning to relax, while fully inhabiting the body and experiencing the postures.  It's aimed at advancing the student towards a deep meditative state, increased concentration, flexibility and strength.  All are welcome.
